WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Your order will ship out within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. Normally, orders ship out in about 2 business days.

HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship domestically(USA) via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Once your order ships out, packages deliver within 7-14 business days. International orders are shipped via International Priority Mail and the average delivery time is 10-20 business days depending on the country.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships.

You can also enter your tracking number at our Order Tracking to view the tracking status of your order.

WHY HASN’T MY TRACKING UPDATED?

U.S. Customers:

If it’s been over 7 days since your tracking status changed, fill out our Contact Us form and we’ll look into it for you.

International Customers:

When shipping internationally, it’s common for tracking to stop updating for several days. If your expected delivery date has passed, please let us know on our Contact Us form.


WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PARCELS?

Yes, if multiple items are ordered in the same order, some products may be packaged and shipped separately. In this case, we’ll provide you a separate tracking number for each item. Each item we ship may have different delivery times. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. If you cannot select your country when checking out, fill out our Contact Us form and we’ll let you know if we are able to ship to your address.


WILL I NEED TO PAY ANY IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, AND TAXES?

We can’t be for certain there will be no duties, fees or taxes as this depends on the laws of your country of residence. We are not responsible for these costs. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.


CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within 1 business day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.
